RETURN AND EXCHANGES

• Orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 7 days, with proof of purchase. The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item

• Replacements are offered if the item is defective within 7 days of being purchased.

• Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Please be sure to email us immediately with pictures to info@soulcialconnection.com

• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Sage sticks, palo santo, cannot be returned or exchanged after being used.

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.

• Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.
